Jo-Philipp Wich 1ef0be3e5b Revert "ncurses: Remove obsolete compile fixes" ...

This reverts commit 4fb684a755.

The compile fixes are still required for host systems using GCC 5.x,
such as Ubuntu 16.04 LTS.
