Docker-in-Docker gitea runner

Run gitea runner in ephermeral docker containers

  • Docker in Docker

  • ghcr.io/catthehacker/ubuntu with ubuntu user

  • ubuntu sudo not require password

ghcr.io/catthehacker/ubuntu run in non privilegied containers (aka railway.com)
