Ryan Keane c3a33e10a5 adguardhome: Update init files ...

Move working directory from `/var/adguardhome` to
`/var/lib/adguardhome`, according to Linux FHS.
Add option to store PID file, defaulting to `/run/adguardhome.pid`.
