Syrone Wong f34f4a6665 tools/fakeroot: update to 1.25.3 ...

use PKG_FIXUP:=autoreconf to generate configure
200-hide-dlsym-error.patch deleted due to fixed upstream in another way
other patches refreshed to reflect latest changes
