Erhan Kurubas 77287b8d47 target: add Espressif ESP32 basic support
ESP32 is a dual core Xtensa SoC
Not full featured yet. Some of the missing functionality:
-Semihosting
-Flash breakpoints
-Flash loader
-Apptrace
-FreeRTOS
