MSM Restart Driver

A power supply hold (ps-hold) bit is set to power the msm chipsets.
|
|
Clearing that bit allows us to restart/poweroff. The difference
|
|
between poweroff and restart is determined by unique power manager IC
|
|
settings.
|
|
|
|
