Tommaso Checchi 485f20a5bf -the makefile was missing zlib ...

-fixed c.cc to work like before with the addition of ZlibCompressor
-fixed the include path of zlib, we were using the wrong header
-added an include guard around env_boost, it doesn't make sense to have it outside windows
