Joseph Chen f31d599039 tools: add gpt2env ...

This tool generates the gpt table with env format which
can be used in U-Boot by command:
    gpt write mmc 0 $partitions
    gpt verify mmc 0 $partitions

Usage:
   ./tools/gpt2env -i parameter.txt -o gpt_env.txt
