* Rename main package to binutils-libs
* Install executables into libexec/binutils/
* Create subpackage binutils-bin not conflicting with binutils-is-llvm
- binutils-bin contains symlinks bin/{as,elfedit,gprof,ld.bfd}
* Make binutils essentially a metapackage only containing symlinks
