Jia Yuan Lo 1cd742f6cc outfieldr: Disabled 
Existing android outfieldr 1.0.3 "tldr --update" is broken.

Tried these solutions but do not fix the issue:
Rebuild with musl
Rebuild using latest commit in 20231010
Cannot build with latest zig 0.12.0

Hence, retire this package indefinitely.
