* Disable LTO for Arch package build - Prevent link failures from ring native objects under Arch LTO - Simplify cargo fetch to use the default target * Switch Arch build to tarball source extraction - Replace git clone with release tarball download in PKGBUILD - Update test script to unpack sources before build * Fix Arch PKGBUILD checksum regeneration - Hash PKGBUILD sources directly in the bin checksum script - Reset build PKGBUILD source checksum to SKIP when bumping release numbers - Update Arch package metadata to match the new release flow * Use updpkgsums for Arch PKGBUILD checksums - Switch the checksum update script to `updpkgsums` in an Arch base-devel container - Reformat `PKGBUILD` checksum arrays for readability * Build Arch tooling image before updating PKGBUILD sums - Add a dedicated Arch Containerfile for the helper image - Let the update script build and reuse the image with configurable base and file - Avoid recreating the builder user when it already exists
