8214257347 test/codegen: fix package name for test case 
The codegen tests are currently skipped (see ). The test
added in CL 346050 did not compile because it was in the main
package but did not contain a main function. Changing the package
to 'codegen' fixes the issue.

21de6bc463 cmd/compile: simplify less with non-negative number and constant 0 or 1 
The most common cases:
len(s) > 0
len(s) < 1

and they can be simplified to:
len(s) != 0
len(s) == 0
