Guillem Jover d2e4c74dd8 debian: Do not use dh_auto_configure in the autopkgtest ...

We used this to supposedly ease the configure of the source in the
autopkgtest, but this is currently problematic as the command passes
unknown options that emit warnings that make the test fail.
