Thomas BourgoinandYann Gautier c455c1b766 feat(stm32mp2): remove function stm32_iwdg_shadow_update() ...

The freeze of watchdogs during standby and stop can be done by writing
shadow OTP. This is done in OP-TEE. TF-A does not need to do it.
Delete function stm32_iwdg_shadow_update as it's not used anymore.
