Introduce support for Renesas R-Car Gen3 M3Le R8A779MD SoC and Geist
development board with 4 GiB of DRAM. The R-Car M3Le SoC is a variant
of the R-Car M3N SoC with fewer peripherals, handle the SoC in a very
similar manner. Extend EEPROM parsing support with the new Geist board
entry.
