Jacky Bai ae943f169e fix(imx93): remove the unused platform helper code ...

Remove unused platform-specific helper functions and topology
definitions for i.MX93 platform. These files are no longer
referenced in the build system and their functionality has been
replaced by common platform code defined in plat/imx/imx9/common.
