Something like this patch is needed for the switch phys.

Code looking like mainline could be submitted right now:

https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/torvalds/linux.git/tree/drivers/net/phy/mediatek/mtk-ge-soc.c?h=v6.18

Ideally we wait for the AN7581 code to be merged into linux mainline before looking into the calibration stuff.
