I can't get override logos to work no matter what I try! Channel numbers and names change correctly but the existing logos never get overwritten with my custom specified ones.

Attempting to use this Github repo of TV logos, I have tried;

None of these things have made the images change. Any advice? I'd provide logs but nothing in the Jellyfin log related to this comes up, just the usual channel and guide refresh tasks that always happen when you change things in the override menu.

I'm running Jellyfin 10.10.7 and Jellyfin.Xtream 0.7.1.0 in Docker Compose on a Synology DS1618+

Instead of trying to change it, why don't you just download the EPG? They already come with it.

Yes my Xstream has come with images already baked in, but they are really low resolution and a few aren't quite right, so I was just going to change them myself.

I ran the tests and it worked normally. Now, if I were you, I'd separate TV from other content (leaving the script only for VOD and series) and create a .m3u8 file with the channels and it would work fine.

I'm really sorry I don't follow.

  • When you say "I ran the tests" does that mean the override logo is working for you? Did you hard link direct to an image? Where was that image hosted?
  • By "the script" do you mean the Xtream plugin?
  • My IPTV provider gave me a link to an m3u file but it didn't work in Jellyfin, which is why I am here using the Xtream plugin. What do you mean create an .m3u file?

I ran the tests by changing the channel image (logo) and it worked normally. To test the channel, go to Live TV and then to Tuner, you add an m3u8 file to the list.
