Rely on the compiler to be properly setup for the default ABI.

|
|
When installing-headers, there are two cases:
|
|
- NPTL: no issue, a cross-compiler is already expected
|
|
- LinuxThreads: no issue, EABI/OABI has no impact on installed headers.
|
|
|
|
