The mt76x8 series SoCs use the MIPS generic systick timer. Sync the upstream Ralink systick driver changes and disable it for mt76x8 target to reduce the kernel size. Subject: [PATCH 2/2] MIPS: ralink: add cpu frequency scaling
|
|
|
|
This feature will break udelay() and cause the delay loop to have longer delays
|
|
when the frequency is scaled causing a performance hit.
