Caleb James DeLisle 8a9d151c8c en75: Add utility to change OS A/B boot flag in flash ...

EN75xx devices typically have dual OS for redundancy, we repurpose
this to provide "dual boot" between OpenWRT and Factory OS. This
patch adds a utility to change the flag in flash which tells the
bootloader which OS to boot to.
